#Lets Get Visible

Sporting Pride is delighted to announce our new #LetsGetVisible campaign in partnership with Sport Ireland as part of Dublin Pride Health and Wellbeing Week which takes place from 20th to 25th June 2022. As we launch this campaign in what is a very special month for the LGBTQI+ community, this campaign aims to recognise and acknowledge the importance of visibility and representation amongst the LGBTQI+ community, specifically in the sports sector.

During the month of June we will have professional photographer Debbie from Sporting Pride visiting LGBTQI+ sports clubs around Ireland to photograph athletes who would like to take part in our campaign, If you’re interested in getting action shots/headshots taken for yourself or your team please contact debbie.hickey@sportingpride.ie

You can also use your own images / selfies for the campaign - So let’s get creative with the #LetsGetVisible hash tag. Download our uniquely designed social media resources and add them to your social media pages, joining us in promoting the campaign. Share your photos, tag us on posts, but have fun with our digital campaign. Promote and raise awareness of the campaign with your clubs and friends, encouraging as many people as possible to get involved.

It gives the sports sector the opportunity to show our support for the LGBTQI+ community and to promote sport as a welcoming and inclusive space for the community.
