The Midlands LGBT+ Project is delighted to team up with Sporting Pride to present a 6 week beginners archery course for the LGBTQ+ community!
About this event
LGBTQ+ community members are invited to register for this 6 week Beginners Archery Course. Classes will run from 10am to 12pm* on Saturday mornings in St. Mary's Hall, Portlaoise, beginning on Saturday April 2nd and running up until Saturday May 7th.
*The class on April 23rd may need to begin at the earlier time of 9.15am (to be confirmed).
The classes will be coached by fully-qualified and insured archery coaches. At the end of the 6 weeks, participants are presented with a certificate and will be suitably qualified to register with any archery club if they choose to do so.
Each class will be followed by a coffee and chat in Portlaoise to add a social element to the training programme!
The course is available to the first 20 participants at the discounted price of €30 per person. The remainder of the places will cost €65 per person. Places are limited so register early to avoid disappointment.
