What is the Campaign?
Sporting Pride, in partnership with Sport Ireland are delighted to announce the 4th instalment of the #Lets Get Visible campaign for 2025.
We launch our 2025 campaign during Pride month, a time when the LGBTQ+ community and their allies are the loudest. Let’s get visible goals are to unapologetically centre LGBTQ+ people, their sporting achievements, and their voice. To recognise, and acknowledge the importance of visibility and representation of LGBTQ+ individuals in the sports sector, and allies who stand with our community. These continue to be challenging times for many in our communities, particularly trans people, LGBTQ+ individuals, women, and people of colour, who often face unique barriers and discrimination. Now more than ever, it’s important that we come together in support of inclusion, respect, and dignity for all. This is a call for allies of our community to stand with us—by listening, learning, and promoting accurate, respectful information. Together, we can help ensure that sport remains a safe, welcoming space for everyone.
